STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

RESERVATIONS

  • 30% down payment shall be made upon confirming the reservation. Please note that it is STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. Payments shall be made through Cash, Gcash or Bank Transfer.
  • Cancellation of booking the day before the booked date or No-Show, and Amendment Policy: The 70% of the remaining amount will be paid.
  • Group cancellation (5 rooms and above): Group cancellation made 15 days prior to the arrival date shall incur cancellation charges.

UPON CHECK-IN

  • Hotel standard Check-in time is 2:00 PM and Check-out time is 12:00 NOON.
  • It is mandatory for guest to present a Valid ID at the time of check-in
  • The resort reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid identification document.

OTHERS

  • Kavanah Haven Resort STRICTLY PROHIBIT bringing of Food Packages and Alcoholic Beverage and soft drinks are also HIGHLY DISCOURAGED inside the resort.
  • Certain privileged booking rate or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or any change.
  • The resort reserves the right to end guest away from the resort due to their conduct and behavior or for any safety and security reasons.
  • All the asset and valuable of the resort should by duly maintained adequately and should not be damaged and destroyed.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Resort, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Resort’s Standard Term and Condition in respect of the reservation/stay at the hotel.
  • You further agree that the General Terms and Conditions a provided shall constitute the binding agreement between yourself and the hotel in relation to any and all commercial arrangement including reservation, stay, payment, suage of facilities, etc., of whatsoever nature.
  • You shall identify and hold the Resort harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation and your stay in the Resort.
  • The Resort shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses.
  • The Resort does not accept any liability for any failure by the Resort to comply with these conditions where such failures is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • If the Resort waives anu rights available to it under these conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion.

 

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

 

  1. No smoking or vaping inside the room and/or on the premises of the room.
  2. Bringing Alcoholic Drinks and other Intoxicating Beverages are strictly prohibited.
  3. Foods with foul odors are strictly prohibited inside the room. (Foods such as: Fish Paste (ginamos), Durian, Fresh Seafood, and those with strong smelling items are prohibited.)
  4. No In-room Party Policy is being enforced in every guest accommodation facility to maintain the peace and comfort of each guest in KAVANAH Haven resort. (Party paraphernalia such as balloons, candles & party poppers are strictly prohibited)
  5. Standard Check-out Time is 12:00 pm. (Extra charges will apply when staying beyond the check-out time.)
  6. Utilize hotel/room items and amenities appropriately. (Any damage found will be charged accordingly.)
  7. Breakfast time is from 6:30 am – 10:00 am only (Unconsumed breakfasts after 10 am are automatically forfeited including those of that have been placed upon check-in will not be refundable.)
  8. B’Teavon Restaurant’s operating hours will be from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm only. (We encourage placing your orders before 9:00 pm before the last orders.
